Part of Lutheran Services, Trinity is a long-standing community-based service at Bundall that supports people living with a disability to live as independently as possible. We provide a range of services including Supported Independent Living, Community Access programs, centre-based day services, and skills training. Through education, life skills lessons, and goal-oriented self-development activities, we empower clients and their families to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encourage and support residents to develop life skills and routines that promote independence.
- Build respectful, positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with individual support plans and NDIS standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any risks or concerns.
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support roles.
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and valid QLD Driver’s Licence.
