Yargi Racing is currently seeking a highly experienced and capable Horse Trainer to join our team.This is a full-time and ongoing position.Applicants must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years full time professional experience in a similar role, or 2 years full time experience and a relevant qualification.In addition the following will be required:Knowledge and experience of horse training and handling methods specific to Thoroughbred RacingExperience in track work, including riding timed gallopsProven ability to train and educate young horsesVerbal and written communication skills of a level to take instruction and provide informationAbility to work in a team and independentlyKnowledge of safe operation of all equipment and use of personal protective equipmentThe position will be full-time with the salary above award in the range of $77,500 - $78,500 + superannuation.
