- Provide leadership and direction to Homes Tasmania's business units, vendors, and stakeholders in the management of its data assets and integration capabilities in its digital operating environment.
- Manage the design, development, testing and implementation of the data warehouse and integration services using contemporary technologies, frameworks, and methodologies both on premise and cloud based.
- Contribute to the building of an inclusive team through change that together with all ITMS teams also builds a collaborative business unit that enables Homes Tasmania achieve its stated objectives.
- Demonstrated specialised knowledge and expertise in the development and maintenance of databases and business applications utilising web-based, cloud-based integration services and relational database technologies, together with understanding of information technology reporting tools and solutions.
- Sound knowledge of database and software engineering practices, including integration and migration tools/technologies, with the ability to implement security strategies to eliminate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with Homes Tasmania's data management and security policies and guidelines.
- Demonstrated project management and change management skills to support the ongoing development of the data warehouse and implementation of new integration tools and services.

- A minimum 3 years of recent industry experience including -
- developing system integration solutions across cloud-based and on-premises environments
- agile development practices
- data integration, migration and administration services
- cloud and web platform services.
- Current ITILĀ®, project management or industry relevant certification.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People (child related activity) registration.
- Identification check.
