What you'll be doing:

Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service
Supervising, training, and mentoring team members
Overseeing day-to-day department operations and acting as Duty Manager when required
Receiving stock, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked
Managing priorities, motivating the team, and staying calm under pressure
Building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues

What we're looking for:

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within Meat, Produce, or Bakery
A hands-on leader with strong organisational and multitasking skills
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong people skills - approachable, reliable, and motivating
Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekdays, nights, and weekends
