We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee a team delivering critical services within the justice and community support sector. This role involves providing leadership, supervision, and operational support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will play a key role in building a positive team culture, monitoring performance, and ensuring contract KPIs are met.Key Duties:
- Provide daily coaching and guidance to team members.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational and client care matters.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, addressing any performance issues.
- Foster a cohesive and supportive team culture.
- Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and professional supervision.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety protocols.
- Support continuous improvement in work practices and service delivery.
- Perform frontline employee duties when required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a Diploma with equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering program services.
- Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution and team engagement.
- Knowledge of current policies, legislation, and trends within the program area.
- Ability to build and sustain high-performance team cultures.
