Reporting to the Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a portfolio of new and existing online products for Harvey Norman. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the Business Development Manager in maintaining internal and external relationships. Great opportunity for an individual who's passionate about online retail to join one of Australia's largest Ecommerce businesses.Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple integrated systems for maintaining and loading new products online.
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, maintain products, and assist in day to day.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting on request of the Business Development Manager.
- Assist in promotional planning, implementation and forecasting of upcoming trends.
- Support the coordination of meetings.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with all suppliers and internal staff.
- Maintain the product database and other general administrative duties
- A passion for Online Retail & creative flair with the ability to think innovatively
- Ability to prioritise and control workload in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills with an ability to quickly build constructive, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred but not required.
- 2-5 years' experience working in Customer Service preferable experience in an online retail environment
