
Manufacturing Coordinator

- Coordinate and oversee daily production schedules across multiple machines and work areas.
- Lead daily machine reviews and Toolbox meetings.
- Apply trade knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage materials, monitor stock levels, and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules.
- Restructure workloads when operational changes occur and prepare shift handovers.
- Enforce WHS protocols and quality compliance across all processes.
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Fitter & Turner, Metal Fabricator, Toolmaker, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or precision machining environment.
- Proven background in working with sheet metal fabrication and assembly.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage people and processes effectively.
- High-level problem-solving capability and a proactive approach under pressure.
- Physical capability to work with tools and lift sheet steel as required.
