Provide high quality administrative support and assistance to enable the STARS Medical Workforce Unit to deliver comprehensive and person-centred medical recruitment and education.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
  • Point of contact for Resident Medical Officer entitlement enquiries on secondment in relation to recruitment, rosters, leave and employment queries.
  • Provide high-quality, efficient recruitment and administration support to the Medical Workforce Coordinator and Senior Medical Recruitment Officer to ensure timely service delivery to Medical Services and/or Medical Officers.
  • Assist with the Annual Recruitment RMO Campaign including development of promotional materials, recruitment paperwork and facilitation of relocation for all junior medical staff at STARS.
  • Consult with the Centre of Medical Officer Recruitment and Education Unit to support the allocations of Resident Medical Officers within STARS.
