As a Graduate at swipejobs, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organisation while playing a pivotal role in driving success. You will work closely with experienced managers and cross-functional teams to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our clients and job seekers.Key Responsibilities

Work closely with executive leadership to deliver strategic business projects from concept to execution
Contribute to investment and operational planning by developing and refining internal processes
Facilitate workshops to support product ideation and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyse business and software data to generate actionable insights
Review and report on financial documents, helping to identify risks and opportunities

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ability to manage risks, track dependencies, and adapt to scope changes
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting systems
