- Partner with People Partners and managers to design and implement remuneration solutions aligned to business needs.
- Provide expert advice on employment contract arrangements, including support during mergers and acquisitions.
- Lead the annual remuneration and performance cycle, driving process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct remuneration benchmarking, job design, and variable reward analysis to deliver practical solutions.
- Develop and maintain remuneration policies and reward frameworks.
- Deliver data-driven insights, reporting and market analysis for senior leadership.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (mandatory).
- Advanced numeracy, analytical and spreadsheeting skills (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in remuneration and performance roles (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of remuneration and performance frameworks and legislation (awards, EA, contracts).
- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex data and present insights clearly.
