We’re values-led, growth-focused, and committed to creating better health outcomes across Australia.The Role: Project ManagerAs a Project Manager – Pharmacy Development at the Scaffidi Group, you’ll support the delivery of pharmacy fit-outs, refurbishments, and new store projects across metro and regional Australia. You'll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle—from planning through to post-completion. This includes managing contractors, internal stakeholders, budgets, timelines, compliance, and change management—ensuring every store opens on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver multiple pharmacy development and fit-out projects
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers from concept to completion
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets
  • Oversee site works, compliance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and meetings
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (pharmacy, building, WHS) across all project stages
  • Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement
  • Support change adoption using structured People Change Management methodologies
About YouYou’re organised, proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments whilst wanting to be part of a business making a difference.
  • Proven experience managing retail, healthcare, construction, or pharmacy-related projects
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and delivery tools
  • Confident managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Experience with change management frameworks is a bonus
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction, or Business
