This is an amazing opportunity for an Education Support Trainee to join our team within a Specialist Secondary School. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with children, and is eager to support students academically and emotionally while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in planning lessons and daily classroom activities
Provide one-on-one or small group academic help to students
Assist students who need extra emotional support
Help manage student behavior in line with school policies
