Our client is seeking an experienced Technology Lead (Cloud Integration) to take ownership of key data transformation initiatives. This role will suit a professional with expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Core Services, and SQL, combined with leadership experience across cloud and data platforms.The role is an initial 6 month contract paying $473.42 per day plus super.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data transformation initiatives
  • Oversee configuration, deployment, and performance of cloud-based data solutions
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and effective secrets management
  • Provide technical oversight across backend, infrastructure, and security streams
  • Champion best practices including zero trust, data minimisation, and privacy by design
Skills and Experience
  • 8-10 years of IT experience, including cloud integration and data platform leadership
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure Core Services, ADF, and SQL
  • Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
  • Exposure to Azure Databricks, Airflow, and cloud platform development
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of the telecom domain is an advantage
