- Training Material Development:
- Design and develop training materials and plans, such as quick reference guides, FAQs, and engaging video tutorials to support various training programs.
- Training Delivery:
- Deliver and host both instructor-led and virtual training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement among participants.
- Program Evaluation:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, implementing improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Post-Training Support:
- Provide ongoing support to end-users during post-training Q&A sessions and follow-ups to address questions or challenges.
- Progress Tracking:
- Track learner progress and gather feedback to continuously refine and optimize future training initiatives.
- Instructional Design Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective and engaging training programs.
- Content Development Experience:
- Proven experience in developing diverse training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshop content tailored to various audiences.
- Effective Communication:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to varied audiences.
- Adaptability:
- Demonstrated adaptability in tailoring training approaches to meet the needs of different learner groups and organizational requirements.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with relevant training tools and platforms being adopted by the organization to enhance the training experience.
- Relevant qualifications in education, instructional design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic organizational context.
