- Coordinate and promptly process purchase orders within company systems and processes accurately.
- Obtain quotes and liaise with suppliers on the supply of goods and services.
- Assist in identifying and resolving invoicing discrepancies and supplier performance concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communication.
- Demonstrated experience in a Purchasing, Buying, Sourcing or Procurement position.
- Experience in purchasing/sourcing goods and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with good relationship-building skills.
