Looking for a role offering autonomy, leadership and strategic thinking? Working with a dynamic stable of creative and digital agencies, this Finance Manager role would suit someone wanting to play an influential role in steering an Agency commercially.As a key member of the senior management team, you’ll guide and advise on risk management, compliance and the financial strategy of the business. Managing a team of three, you’ll oversee a wide variety of day-to-day tasks as well as providing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the agency group and will need to be able to develop strong working relationships at all levels.Ideally you will have at least five to eight years experience, and must be CPA-qualified. You must have worked in an advertising or media agency previously, and be at ease in a creative environment. You should have worked with Sage Intacct and have experience with Experience with internal controls, risk management, and process improvements. Most importantly you must be pro-active, have great stakeholder skills and be an excellent communicator.The agency offers some of the best perks we have seen!
