A high-impact role leading logistics linked to customer collections, safety, service, and supplier performance across 400,000+ tonnes of recyclables.You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

Successfully scaling our contractor network to support business growth
Effectively navigating the complexity of a subcontractor-led logistics network
Ensuring there is a laser focus on service reliability, safety and quality
Developing and monitoring data to support operational initiatives and optimise outcomes
Working closely with sales to drive stronger collaboration and service-led growth

Experience in a similar role in recycling, waste management or other service type environment
An understanding of subcontractor models and complex logistics
Experience in developing dashboards and reporting that support data driven decision making
Well-developed communications skills and confidence dealing with customers and suppliers
A continuous improvement mindset and be someone that challenges the status quo
