Omni Recruit is partnering with one of Australia’s fastest-growing distribution centres to build a dynamic team from the ground up. This is your chance to join a bright, clean, and brand new DC where culture and attitude are everything.The Role: Hours: 8.00am – 4.00pm (possible 10.00am – 6.00pm shift)Be part of a motivated team preparing the DC for go-live! You’ll start by:
- Unboxing and putting away inbound stock into racking
- Working across either the Online Retail or Trade area (think: orders for households or big-name builders!)
- Learning simple systems prior to rollout of warehouse tech
- A positive, reliable attitude – that’s #1!
- Physically fit and ready for warehouse work (no forklift roles at this stage)
- Committed to building something long-term with us
- Own reliable transport (no public transport access)
- Able to pass or provide a police check if required
- Safety boots (slip-on or lace-up)
- Omni Recruit hi-vis vest (provided)
- Jeans or cargo-style shorts/pants (no hoodies or footy shorts)
- Strict no phones on floor policy – safety comes first!
- Brand new DC – everything is clean, fresh, and efficient!
