Their portfolio includes a diverse range of developments, from boutique apartments to industrial estates, each crafted with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.With a collaborative team of designers, project managers, and construction professionals, they ensure every project meets the highest standards of style, functionality, and sustainability.The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the delivery team on a landmark $30M+ luxury apartment project in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.This is a pivotal role where you’ll take the lead on all contractual and financial aspects of the project, working closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure commercial success from procurement through to completion.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
  • Managing head contract and subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
  • Leading procurement processes, preparing scopes, and evaluating tenders
  • Administering variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate cost reports and forecasts
  • Mitigating contractual risks and resolving commercial issues as they arise
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
  • Supporting the Project Manager with program, compliance, and financial reporting
About You
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role, with recent experience at a senior level
  • Proven track record working on large-scale high-end residential or mixed-use projects
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
