We are seeking motivated and safety-focused individuals to join our clients Line Marking and Spray Sealing Crews. This hands-on role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to work with specialised plant and equipment across Victoria.
About the Role
As part of our crew, you will:

Carry out road maintenance activities including line marking and spray sealing
Operate specialised plant, equipment, and tools under supervision
Perform manual labour tasks in line with safety, environmental and quality standards
Work flexible hours between 6:00am – 6:00pm, with opportunities for overtime
Travel across Victoria when required (accommodation & allowances provided)
Be available for after-hours emergency response when rostered

What We’re Looking For
Mandatory requirements:

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Current Medium Rigid (or higher) Truck Licence
White Card (Construction Induction)
Traffic Management Ticket
First Aid Certificate
Ability to use computer tablets/mobile devices

Desirable:

Certificate III in Civil Construction
Asset Maintenance Management System knowledge
Chainsaw & Pole Saw training
Skid Steer training
