- Partner with senior executives to define business objectives, strategies, and roadmaps for enterprise performance management and connected planning initiatives.
- Serve as the SME for large-scale connected planning solutions
- Recommend and modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, refine requirements, and develop planning solution to cater to business needs.
- Provide strategic oversight of planning solution deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals, to-be process and change management principles.
- Guide customers through organisational change, providing coaching and knowledge transfer to build internal capability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in planning transformation across finance, supply chain, and other business functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree in Business administration is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in management or business consulting, enterprise planning transformation, or strategic solution advisory.
- Strong track record in advising organisations on business performance improvement and change enablement.
- Skilled in engaging with senior stakeholders to address complex organisational challenges.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into strategic solution designs that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience in enterprise planning, forecasting, or performance management processes (EPM experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working across industries, adapting frameworks to different organisational contexts.
