You will be an experienced planning & environment lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level who is seeking a front end role. Working predominately with state government agencies and local government authorities, you will enjoy working across a range of diverse matters, including:
- all aspects of planning & development projects
- developer contributions, planning agreements and other infrastructure agreements
- public sector acquisition of land (predominantly by agreement)
- full range of environmental matters including biodiversity & threatened species, pollution and contamination
- public sector governance and administration, including tendering and procurement
- public sector property issues including Crown Land and Native Title matters

Your drafting skills will be one of your strengths and you will enjoy working on bespoke planning agreements.
