In this team leader role, you’ll manage day-to-day finance operations while supporting the executive team with timely insights and advice. You’ll bring a balance of technical accounting skills, commercial acumen, and people leadership to help drive growth and efficiency across the organisation.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Drive the payroll process for the business
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Manage external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in financial management.
- Strong technical knowledge across accounting standards, reporting, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded.
