- Compliance and Governance: Ensure the Group complies with all statutory and financial obligations, maintaining the highest standards of governance and accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Drive efficiencies and value creation through the application of lean principles, ensuring optimal fiscal performance.
- Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate business and project risks to safeguard the Group’s long-term success.
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing finance team, setting strategy and fostering professional growth in alignment with company objectives.
- Commercial Negotiations: Lead negotiations on key projects to secure favourable outcomes that align with the Group’s strategic goals.
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 10 years of experience in a hands-on CFO role or a similar senior leadership position.
- A proven track record of delivering commercial success and driving value creation within complex, high-performing organisations.
- Strong operational expertise, with a passion for implementing lean practices and achieving measurable results.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talent.
