About Our ClientYou will be working for a WA based company who designs, engineers and manufactures a comprehensive range of mobile LED light towers for use in the mining, quarrying, oil & gas and construction industries and for illuminating night time work sites.They have a strong vision to become the world's most successful manufacturer of LED light towers by implementing innovative, problem solving and cost-effective ideas to meet the requirements of their customers.Job DescriptionDuties Include:

Process in coming parts inquiries, via email, phone and face to face.

Prepare customer quotations for spare parts and enter all details into the system

Provide effective and efficient customer service

Manage and maintain records, purchase orders, quotes and warranty queries

Liaise with other departments as costing updates are required and ensure customers are kept up to date on their orders.

The Successful ApplicantTo enable you too hit the ground running and excel in your role, You will ideally need to have the following

Previous administration and data entry experience

Previous Automotive experience providing sales/and or technical support within the truck and trailer, automotive or similar industry would be a big advantage

Be Customer Service focused

Willingness to learn about the industry and develop new skills
