Long-term Casual | Monday to Friday | 10:00pm - 6:00amWe are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a long-term night shift opportunity with a well-established chemical manufacturing company. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly specialised operation offering a long-term casual role with an excellent hourly rate.Working on permanent nights, you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems across a high-volume production site, ensuring minimal downtime and supporting safe, efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and production machinery
Fault-find and diagnose issues using PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
Support process and infrastructure upgrades, shutdowns, and emergency breakdowns
Ensure compliance with electrical and hazardous area safety standards
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesKey Skills & QualificationsNSW Electrical Licence (Unrestricted)
Hazardous Area Certification (EEHA) - essential
Proven experience working in manufacturing environments
Strong fault-finding skills on PLCs, VSDs, and industrial control systems
Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety protocols
Dependable electrician who can work independently and under pressure on a night shift roster
