- 12 months: 64 hrs per fortnight, temporary part time
- In Collaboration with La Trobe University
- Rotations to ICU, Cardiac theatre, Cardiac Catheter Laboratory
- Competencies and hurdles assessed onsite by Clinical Educator. Shift support offered through Clinical Support Nurses
- Advanced electrocardiography
- Complex pharmacological management
- Arrhythmia interventions including advanced pacing concepts
- Post-operative cardiothoracic surgery
- Registered Nurse with minimum of 2 years acute nursing experience
- Previous cardiac nursing experience is desirable
