This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied and impactful role supporting financial operations, commercial projects, and process improvement initiatives – while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.About the RoleThis role supports financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and month/year-end activities. You’ll also be responsible for vendor and customer onboarding and play a key part in streamlining commercial processes across the business.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate timely onboarding of vendors and customers
Create purchase orders in SAP under instruction from the Commercial Project Manager
Reconcile invoices against goods received from suppliers and freight partners
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Maintain spreadsheets and ensure accurate data processing
Assist with process improvement and internal reporting projects
Collaborate with business unit managers, supply chain, and commercial teams.
What You’ll Bring
2-3 years’ experience in a Commercial or Finance Administration role
Clear, confident communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach
Qualification in Commercial or Finance with at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
Advanced Excel skills
ERP systems knowledge- in particular SAP (highly valued)
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
