About the role:You'll be an all-rounder - delivering outstanding service across our diverse range of outlets, keeping dining areas looking their best, and engaging with our guests at every opportunity.Depending on your skills and experience, you may be interested in - or selected for - one of our following areas:
  • Eat St. Bar - Relaxed bar & dining with a modern twist
  • New Town Thai Street Food - Authentic Thai flavours served fast
  • Steak & Oyster Co. - Premium grill and seafood dining
  • PizzAperta Manfredi - Artisan woodfired pizza by celebrated chef Stefano Manfredi
  • Gelatissimo - Artisan gelato made fresh daily
  • Corner Café - A bustling café known for its beautiful coffee and fresh pastries
  • Southern Terrace Cafe - snack central located on our gaming floor
  • Shared Services Team - focused on cleanliness, main dining areas presentation, and customer care
  • Functions and Events - From corporate functions to large-scale celebrations, be part of delivering unforgettable experiences
The day-to-day:Providing friendly, confident, and efficient serviceTaking food and beverage orders with accuracy and a smileServing everything from coffees to cocktails—depending on your placementUpselling and recommending items to enhance the guest experienceKeeping all areas clean, well-presented, and guest-readyChecking in with customers to ensure they’re happy and well looked afterSupporting your team and maintaining great communication during busy periodsOur Perfect Fit:
  • Previous experience in hospitality is essential (café, restaurant, bar, or events).
  • A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
  • Charismatic and outgoing - you’re not afraid to start a conversation
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail
  • Passionate about great service and creating memorable moments
  • Well-presented and professional at all times
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, or cocktails is a big advantage (essential for some venues)
  • Dedicated to doing the job well - no shortcuts, no excuses
  • Comfortable working across different venues and service styles
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-work medical (for those working in Events).
