- Global culture and employee engagement eventsA SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLEAs a Sales Executive, you will win new clients for our Remote Teams and Co-Sourcing solutions, seamlessly integrating AI-enabled services and advisory consulting when required. Your mission is to help organizations scale securely, flexibly, and innovatively while embodying our values of Curious and Clever, Entrepreneurial Energy, Fast with Intent, and Laugh and Learn.
- Identify, qualify and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities for Remote Teams & Co-Sourcing.
- - Generating 15+ qualified leads per month via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, Zoom info and events
- Lead discovery sessions and conversations to uncover client pain points.
- Leading solution-based discussions with mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Shape tailored proposals that blend CX/back-office talent, AI automation and consulting advisory, under different commercial models.
- Navigate multi-level buying groups; Procurement, IT, Operations, C-suite, to accelerate deal cycles.
- Work with various functions in Acquire through the deal cycle – solutioning, pricing, contracting, etc.
- Maintain transparent forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, activity KPIs, and performance metrics as set by leadership.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy and value positioning.
- Collaborate with account management and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff and ongoing client satisfaction post-sale.
- Represent Acquire Intelligence at industry forums, producing insight-led content on outsourcing, AI and CX trends to strengthen brand presence.
- 5+ years’ quota-carrying B2B sales success in BPO, IT services, SaaS or management consulting.
- Proven ability to sell multi-site offshore/near-shore teams and managed services.
- Familiarity with GenAI, RPA and data-driven CX solutions, comfortable positioning advisory add-ons.
- Strong commercial acumen: experience structuring outcome-based and consumption-based contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and executive-level presentation skills.
- Prior exposure to compliance-heavy environments (healthcare, fintech, e-commerce) highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology or related discipline preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other modern CRMs, and sales acceleration tools
- Proven success in remote/virtual selling environments and managing deals across multiple time zones
