They have developed a strong reputation for excellence in the industry with a collaborative, motivated and forward-thinking environment where every team member's contribution is valued and recognised.ABOUT THE POSITION.This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior members.DUTIES.

Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
Create procurement and contract advice.
Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.
Assist with projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
Experience working with CostX is desirable.
Currently holding a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS) is desirable.
