• Compile and complete warranty claims following brand guidelines and costing of repair orders
• Ensure valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted are kept
• Maintain monthly reconciliation of claims and submit transport and hidden damage claims
• Ensure proper documentation and verifying criteria is provided to the manufacturer or distributor
• Ensure clear direction on factory policy decisions are adhered to at all times
• Effectively liaising with the Workshop Foreman, Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure we provide the best service to our customers – both external and internal

• Automotive experience preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of automotive warranty claims guidelines is advantageous
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Strong interpersonal, communication and numeracy skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks as required
• Excellent attention to detail and following processes
• Effective conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes in a timely manner
• Ability to work within a team environment with a can do attitude
• Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and create memorable customer experiences
• Punctual, reliable, confident and friendly with a professional attitude
