Support the full lifecycle of project financing, including debt structuring, equity funding, and financial close.
Drive competitive tender processes, negotiating commercial terms and aligning projects with strategic growth objectives.
Support M&A activities, including identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and managing transaction execution.
Collaborate closely with technical, legal, and operational teams to ensure project viability and commercial success.
Present financial analyses, investment recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to identify investment opportunities and risks.Key Requirements:1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, or a similar role within the energy or infrastructure sector.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a proven track record in evaluating complex investments.
Experience in M&A transactions, project financing, and competitive tenders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
