- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and policies across IT and operational technology environments
- Conduct risk and threat landscape assessments to protect our fan data and critical business systems
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business resilience and digital transformation programs
- Manage cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards to ensure robust governance
- Mentor and develop internal security teams while managing external cybersecurity service providers
- Oversee information security education across the organisation
- Provide strategic briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and board members
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Information Security leadership role, preferably as a CISO in technology, entertainment, or critical infrastructure organisations
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent accreditation
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence at board and senior leadership level
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST), regulatory compliance, and risk management standards
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing cybersecurity initiatives across complex technology environments
