- Drive sales growth and market share by achieving capital budget targets and profit objectives.
- Provide clinical support to our nurse and surgeon customers within the operating theatre setting.
- Be a trusted partner for our customers and work complex deals from conception through to completion.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accounts are provided the highest service quality.
- Strategically partner with other divisions at Stryker to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Problem solve business and product queries, coupling outside of the box thinking with business acumen.
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical sales, with a consistent track record of achieving targets.
- Customer-centricity and the commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory.
- Skilled in analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting and identifying sales opportunities.
- Comprehensive understanding of both the public and private hospital sectors (preferred).
- Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital.
- Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
