As their project pipeline continues to grow, they have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their expert team and contribute to some of Australia’s most significant upcoming projects.The Role
  • A Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team in the procurement stage
  • Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
  • Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
  • Monthly budget management and reporting
Experience/Qualifications Required
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
  • A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
  • An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
