Our client is a market leader within their given field that have experienced a lot of growth and only continue to grow. As a result of such growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated bookkeeper on a permanent basis to join their finance team, based in SandhurstThe Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:
- Dealing with international payments and currency
- Reporting
- Invoice processing
- Supplier queries and concerns
- Reconciliations
- Processing low level payroll on a weekly basis end to end
- Issuing and generating invoices
- Credit applications
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Daily banking
- Debt collections
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however not exclusive to:
- Has worked in previous roles as a bookkeeper
- Has experience within Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll
- Has experience dealing with foreign currency in previous roles
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Job security with a full time permanent position
