- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Significant experience in bulk water supply infrastructure (including dams, major pipelines and pumping stations), major stormwater inf
- Experience in the surveillance of concrete and embankment dams, including engineering inspections and instrumentation data review.
- Understanding of risk management and the ability to identify project risks, design-related risks and major infrastructure risks.
- Experience managing small to medium engineering design projects.
- Commitment to working safely and within the company's HSEQ systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for engaging with a broad range of audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Hydrology / Hydraulics Modelling: ideally related to water supply dams or stormwater detention basins, and preferably in a NSW/Australian context.
- Structural / Hydraulic Design: ideally related to hydraulic structures such as concrete dams, dam spillways, detention basins, storm culverts, etc.
- Dam Safety / Risk Management: ideally in NSW
