We are looking for an experienced financial reporting specialist to become an integrated part of our team, including high quality Managers with 4+ years professional services or industry experience.The key responsibilities of the Managers in our team include:Working as part of our integrated leadership team in owning and coordinating the provision of statutory reporting services to an allocated book of corporate clients on a day-to-day basis.Oversight and supervision of the statutory reporting services we provide, including the co-ordination of client and auditor stakeholders.Management and delivery of the full spectrum of corporate financial reporting services based on where our clients' needs take us with full support from some of Australia's best Financial Accounting and Advisory and Tax technicians.Building networks and meaningful connections internally and externally to stay abreast of issues and build a pipeline of future opportunities.Supervision of our team members and support for their career development.Acting as the allocated 'Counsellor' for up to two of our team members.Contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, strong collaboration and teaming, and celebrates successes.Skills and Attributes for SuccessHere's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
