Job Description:The Role: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. This role requires a proactive and diligent professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.We currently have 2 positions open for Permanent Full-Time Accounts Payable Officers!Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile vendor statements, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
Strong demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry in an Accounts Payable role.
Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering a Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and Financial Management Services.
MRI Experience is desirable.
