We are committed to always provide value back to our audience and our team through high-quality content.Who You AreOur team is seeking an experienced and creative YouTube Video Editor. You will be responsible for creating engaging and intriguing videos that keep our audience hooked; with content that is relevant and up to date with the latest trends in social media and pop culture community. (Ideally Minecraft as well!)Your Responsibilities and Skills

Understanding what keeps the Eystreem/Firelight Audience engaged and intrigued (Keeping viewers "Hooked")
Ability to mimic existing editing styles, from other popular IRL channels with similar audiences e.g:

Understanding Cuts, Flow and Variation in Tempo (Leaving no "Dead Space" & Being aware of the "Pace")
Having a Creative outlook (Keeping up to date with the Minecraft Community & Trends in social media and pop culture)
Understanding and utilising Music ("BPM" & When to use different genres & Transitioning)
Understanding and utilising SFX effectively (When, Where & What to add)
Understanding and utilising VFX effectively (Keyframing, Color grading, Ingesting footage etc.)

Requirements:

At least 2+ years of experience in video editing
Experience and understanding in YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, AVD in first 30 seconds, Impressions, etc)
Experience using SFX and VFX
Great communication and activeness.
Experience in Premiere Pro.
Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
Ability to understand feedback and act on it.
Knowledge and understanding of social media and pop-culture trends. (Ideally Minecraft as well!)
Experience using LUTs and Color Correcting footage
(Ideal) Experience using timecode syncing
