In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end project support — from planning and procurement through to delivery — ensuring milestones, budgets, and compliance requirements are met. You’ll work with diverse stakeholders, manage contracts and assets, and contribute to the success of critical national capabilities.Essential Duties
- Manage procurement, contract administration, and project documentation in line with policy
- Oversee project financials, reporting, and record keeping for major ICT initiatives
- Plan and coordinate resources, schedules, risks, and milestones for ICT projects
- Administer asset management processes including reporting, reviews, and rollouts
- Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects in a government or complex environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively across multiple project areas
