As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects across multiple sites, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organisation.This position is an Operational role, within our Vinpac production business, an established contract bottling services and packaging company in the Barossa Valley. This role will see you working across a variety of capex projects that align with our strtegic goals, engaging and manager contractors and influencing various internal stakeholders.Sound good? Read on.Here's a snapshot of the Senior Project Manager responsibilities:

Plan and implement Capital projects within wine services across various production sites.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables and allocate resources.
Lead the Project team to deliver the Project within the approved scope, budget and timeline.
Manage project timelines, tracking deliverables and mitigating risks.
Manage and present reports to stakeholders, Steering committee and Senior Management on progress highlighting status, risks, problems and solutions.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project objectives.
Complete evaluations/restrospectives of project work to assess results and outcomes.
Promote Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and processes into the project culture and ways of working.

Now let's talk about you:

Experience in Project Management within a Manufacturing or Production environment.

Engineering Degree highly desirable. * Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and governance.Experience in strategic planning, risk and change management.Ability to lead with influence and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders.An understanding of Austrlian Standards.Experience leading contractor/project teams within a project enviroment.Proficiency in project management software tools, attention to detail and record keeping.Strong critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills.The ability to build relationships and create a collaborative working environment.The benefits are good too!
