- Managing and booking large-scale domestic and international flights and accommodation.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team.
- Assisting with the organisation and delivery of training sessions, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Coordinating schedules, documents, and event materials.
- Ensuring deadlines are met through excellent time management and attention to detail.
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes. To succeed in this role, you will bring -
- Proven experience in managing complex travel arrangements.
- A strong administration background, ideally with exposure to event coordination.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience would be highly regarded (but not essential).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive team attitude.
- Temporary role: 6–12 weeks with the possibility of extension.
- Opportunity to contribute to exciting events and projects.
