- Manage Lead, supervise, and support a team of service technicians and coordinators handling temperature control HVAC systems.
- Manage daily service operations including scheduling, dispatching, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure timely and effective response to service calls and preventative maintenance.
- Provide technical support and guidance for troubleshooting complex temperature control systems.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and quality control.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and project teams to ensure smooth transition from project completion to service.
- Monitor KPIs and service metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing technical development for the service team.
- Manage service contracts and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC, BMS, or industrial temperature control systems.
- 5+ years in a supervisory or management role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and control systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with service management software and scheduling systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Qualifications:
- 5 HVAC/R or Controls certification/license.
- Experience with commercial or industrial clients.
- Background in controls systems such as Trane, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.
- Experience in a rental environment delivering customer solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
