Sales Insights & Analytics Manager - HubblLocation: North RydeJoin Our Team as a Sales Insights & Analytics ManagerWe are searching for a Sales Insights & Analytics Manager to work within our new product team, Hubbl a new recently launched game changing product!With an explosion of streaming apps in the market we have launched a new transformative product that takes the frustration out of streaming by bringing together paid and free streaming entertainment into the world's best user interface - so there is no need to go in and out of apps to discover the content you love!As our Sales Insights & Analytics Manager, you will work collaboratively with our business functions and design and execute analytical insights for Hubbl. that drives business strategy and decision making. We are looking for someone who can not only derive insights, but also build out the required strategy and actions off the back.In this role you will be responsible for:

Explaining sales and revenue performance via weekly and monthly trading forums

Lead recommendations from deep dive analysis to stakeholders with a focus on simplifying / storytelling / translating complex dataWhere required, use advanced analytics techniques to explore business data and find innovative ways to understand our customers and sales performanceInfluence decision making which drives commercial outcomes. You will focus more on presenting insights-based recommendations, rather than building self-service dashboards for somebody else to derive the insights and actionsBuild relationships by understanding problems and providing solutionsSkills and Experiences We're Looking For

Experience in providing data driven insights for strategic decisioning (Performance insights / sales and revenue)

Comfortable analysing and extracting insights from big data. Tableau experience a bonusStrong commercial acumenComfortable working with data teams to brief in requirementsStrong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complicated concepts simply and concisely and drive recommendations to take actionExcellent ability to create high-quality quantitative analysis and written materials for presentation to senior managementAbility to work in a fast paced environment and manage a number of projects simultaneously and to tight deadlinesStrong Excel modelling and solid Powerpoint experienceSQL , Python or R experience with regards to building complex views for analysis in visualization tools or machine learning highly desirableLife at Foxtel GroupA career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
