
Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Executive

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
- Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas
- Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
- Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
- Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
- Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
- Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
- Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
- You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
- Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
- Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent
