Paralegal: Trademark

• Our client is a global firm and their Intellectual Property team is consistently ranked as band 1 in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners

• Working within a Intellectual Property team.
• Predominantly supporting clients based in the Middle East with respect to their trade mark portfolios.
• Preparation of forms and related documentation for filing trademarks and design applications; assignments; licences; changes of name and other title details.
• Stay informed about changes in trademark laws and practices, particularly in Arabic-speaking jurisdictions, this may include attending legal webinar updates and then updating the team.

• An experienced trademark administrator or paralegal, with at least 5+ years' experience.
• Must be able to fluently speak Arabic.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
