- Design and develop accessible, easy to use and supportable digital products and services.
- Collaborate with teams remotely and in person across NSW to deliver strategic digital transformation project outcomes.
- Facilitate the product vision and roadmap by conceptualising, designing and testing intuitive user experiences and service provision in line with management methodology to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer to enable a data driven human-centered design approach for complex problems, including journey mapping and persona profiling.
- Significant experience working in Service or Human Centred Design
- Previous experience with software integration or application development within a large enterprise environment.
- Keeping across changing technologies, business processes and industry best practices.
- Ability to achieve successful outcomes through collaborative and cooperative means.
