What You'll be Doing:
  • Coordinating parts for workshop, field service jobs, and preps
  • Compiling customer quotes and managing internal and external orders
  • Handling stock control, replenishments, and inventory documentation
  • Operating the parts computer system (ERP) and maintaining data accuracy
  • Managing inter-branch transfers and local purchase orders
  • Organising couriers, deliveries, PPE, and parts-related admin
  • Supporting the team in compliance with OHSE, environmental, and quality standards
